We will do our best to answer emails sent within day-time hours to our customer service email department at missjones@missjones2000.com within 4 hours, 7 days a week. Owing to the nature of our work however and the small size of our team, we cannot guarantee this every time and response could take up to 24 hours.

Refunds

For the purpose of these terms and conditions, sign-up to the web site is regarded as 'placing an order' and the provision of picture stories for on-line viewing is regarded as the 'product'. By placing an order, you are agreeing to accept the product subject to satisfactory delivery from our server. All deliveries are logged, along with the recipient's IP address. Please report any delivery problems immediately to our customer service email department at missjones@missjones2000.com  If after 72 hours, the delivery has not been successful we will refund in full the cost of all undelivered products, assuming satisfactory confirmation of unsuccessful delivery.
